Friday My Town Shoot Out - Classics of Childhood

For this week's topic, I photographed my son and his toys.

My son ADORES his father, so I wanted to start out this Childhood Week with a picture of Hunter and his hero. :)

Below is my son's tricycle. It looks a little weathered, and that is because it was originally his daddy's!

Next are wooden letter blocks that I think EVERY child has had!

And what's a play session without a mess? :)

  5. If there's no mess there's been no fun!

I had block like that and so did our daughters. However the blocks our grandchildren have now are made of plastic.

    How times change.

  7. My blocks didn't come with punctuation marks. I really like that cool little trike and I think it's held up well!

  9. how cool that you have his old trike!

And I love the blocks. Max has the same ones and we use them everyday in one way or another. His favorite is to build a parking garage for his toy cars.
